# The Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 2000, Article 38: Transitional Provisions


Nothing in these Rules shall affect any faculty proceedings which were instituted before the coming into force of these Rules and were subject to the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 1992, and the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 1992 shall contiue to apply in relation to any such proceedings as if these Rules had not been made.
