Paragraph 1 Work to the fabric
(i)
Minor structural alterations not involving demolition or partial demolition;
(ii)
external or internal decoration or redecoration;
except where in the opinion of the advisory committee the work proposed is likely to affect the character of the church as a building of special architectural or historic interest;
(iii)
repairs (using matching materials);
(iv)
treatment of timber against beetle or fungal activity.
