Paragraph A

In addition to any authority conferred on the archdeacon by the chancellor’s guidance under section 11(8) of the Measure, the archdeacon has jurisdiction in faculty matters in respect of any of the matters set out below which affect any parish church, licensed building, consecrated chapel, curtilage of such building or churchyard (whether consecrated or not), which is within the jurisdiction of the consistory court.
