# The Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 2015, Rule 14.2: Directions

Extent: E

(1) Where an order is made under rule 14.1 the chancellor may give directions for the purpose of determining the proceedings on consideration of written representations.
(2) If a party fails to comply with a direction under paragraph (1) the chancellor may proceed to dispose of the proceedings without further reference to that party.
