# The Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 2015, Rule 14.3: Revocation of order for disposal by written representations

Extent: E

(1) The chancellor may at any time prior to the final determination of the proceedings in the consistory court revoke an order that they be determined on consideration of written representations.
(2) If the chancellor revokes an order under paragraph (1) directions must be given for the future conduct of the proceedings.
