  "text": "A document is deemed to have been submitted, filed , received or served under these Rules on the day shown in the following table—\nMethod\nDeemed date of submission receipt, filing or service\nFirst class post (or other service which provides for delivery on the next business day)\nThe second day after it was posted, left with, delivered to or collected by the relevant service provider provided that day is a business day; or, if not, the next business day after that day\nDocument exchange\nThe second day after it was left with, delivered to or collected by the relevant service provider provided that day is a business day; or, if not, the next business day after that day.\nDelivering the document to or leaving it at an address permitted by these Rules\nIf it is delivered to or left at the address on a business day before 4.30 p.m., on that day; or in any other case, the next business day after that day\nElectronic means\nIf the email or other electronic transmission is sent on a business day before 4.30 p.m., on that day; or in any other case, on the next business day after the day on which it was sent\nPersonal service\nIf the document is served personally before 4.30 p.m. on a business day, on that day; or in any other case, on the next business day after that day",
