  "text": "(1) The works or other proposals in respect of which a faculty is sought must be fully and accurately described in the schedule of works or proposals contained in the petition (or where a petition in Form 3A or 3B is not required, in the relevant part of the petition).\n(1A) Where the Diocesan Advisory Committee has issued a notification of advice under rule 4.9, the works or other proposals must be described in the manner recommended by the Committee unless the chancellor directs otherwise.\n(2) The works or other proposals must be the same as those in respect of which the Diocesan Advisory Committee issued a notification of advice under rule 4.9.\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(4) Where it is proposed to dispose of any article, details of the proposal must be given in the petition.",
