  "text": "(1) The registrar must notify the secretary of the Diocesan Advisory Committee of the details of every petition submitted to the court for which the advice of the Committee is required under these Rules unless the petition is submitted using an online system through which the secretary of the Committee can access the petition.\n(2) Notification must be in Form 11.\n(3) The secretary of the Diocesan Advisory Committee must enter the details notified in the register of petitions maintained on behalf of the Committee.",
