  "text": "A person guilty of an offence under this Part of this Act shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £400 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.",
