Article 10 Amendment of Section 50 of the Constitution

Section 50 of the Constitution is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection—

“(3)

The Governor, acting in his discretion but after consultation with the members of the Legislative Council, may assign to one or more members of the Legislative Council responsibility for the conduct of any business in the Legislative Council.”.
