# The Falkland Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 11: Amendment of Section 51 of the Constitution


Section 51 of the Constitution is amended by adding the following at the end of the section—
“The ex-officio members shall have no right to vote on any matter that is put to the vote at a meeting of the Executive Council.”.
