Article 4 Amendment of Section 21 of the Constitution

Section 21 of the Constitution is amended by substituting for subsection (2) the following—

“(2)

The Legislative Council shall consist of eight elected members and two ex-officio members, namely, the Chief Executive and the Financial Secretary, and at any time when there is a person holding the office of Speaker, the Speaker.”.
