# The Falkland Islands Constitution Order 2008, Paragraph 68: The Governor may call for public officers, official papers, information or advice


The Governor, acting in his or her discretion, may at any time require the attendance of any public officer or the provision of any official papers or any official information or advice relating to any aspect of the government of the Falkland Islands.
