# The Falkland Islands Constitution Order 2008, Paragraph 69: Minutes


(1) Minutes shall be kept of all the proceedings of the Executive Council and, whenever practicable, at every meeting of the Council the minutes of the last preceding meeting shall be confirmed, with or without amendment as the case may require, before proceeding to the despatch of any other business.
(2) A copy of the minutes of the Executive Council for the preceding meeting shall be transmitted to a Secretary of State.
