Article 16 Reserve fund

Section 13 (Reserve fund) of the Falmouth Harbour Act 1958 is amended by the substitution of “£3,000,000 (or that sum as adjusted in accordance with article 17 of the Falmouth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004)” for “£1,000,000” in subsection (1).
