# The Falmouth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Article 20: Repeals and revocations


On the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order are repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule (which includes provision for the repeal of enactments containing exemptions and other limitations on the Commissioners' power to levy dues).
