# The Falmouth Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2004, Article 3: Continuation of the Commissioners


The Commissioners shall continue in existence as a body corporate and with power to exercise the functions conferred on the Commissioners by or in consequence of the Falmouth Harbour Act and Orders 1870 to 2004.
