  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1973) by providing that awards of family credit shall be reviewed and shall terminate where persons between the ages of 16 and 19 leave, or have already left, full-time education during the period those awards are in effect and that person is the only member of that household in respect of whom family credit is payable (regulation 2). The Regulations also define what is to constitute full-time education for the purpose of this requirement.",
