Regulation 2 Amendment of regulations 6 and 7 of the Family Credit (Transitional) Regulations 1987

In regulations 6(1) and 7 of the Family Credit (Transitional) Regulations 1987^f1 (determination of circumstances where family credit replaces family income supplement or is claimed before 11th April 1988) for the words “section 20(5)” wherever they occur there shall be substituted the words “sections 20(5) and 22(6)”.
