  "text": "(1) In this Chapter—\n“the appropriate court” has the same meaning as in Chapter V;\n“ Part I order” includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(1) of this Act.\n(2) In the application of this Chapter to Scotland, “ Part I order” also includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(2) of this Act.",
