  "text": "The rules in this Part apply to the following proceedings—\n(a) adoption proceedings;\n(b) placement proceedings; or\n(c) proceedings for—\n(i) the making of a contact order under section 26;\n(ii) the variation or revocation of a contact order under section 27;\n(iii) an order giving permission to change a child’s surname or remove a child from the United Kingdom under section 28(2) and (3);\n(iv) a section 84 order;\n(v) a section 88 direction;\n(vi) a section 89 order; or\n(vii) any other order that may be referred to in a practice direction.\n(Parts 9 and 10 set out the procedure for making an application in proceedings not dealt with in this Part.)",
