  "text": "(1) Unless the contrary is proved, a document which is served in accordance with these Rules or any relevant practice direction will be deemed to be served on the day shown in the following table—\nMethod of service\nDeemed day of service\nFirst class post\nThe second day after it was posted.\nDocument exchange\nThe second day after it was left at the document exchange.\nDelivering the document to address\nThe day after the document was delivered to that address.\n(2) If a document is served personally—\n(a) after 5 p.m. on a business day; or\n(b) at any time on a day which is not a business day\nit will be treated as being served on the next business day.",
