  "text": "(1) This Section contains rules about—\n(a) service out of the jurisdiction; and\n(b) the procedure for serving out of the jurisdiction.\n(Rule 6 defines “jurisdiction”.)\n(2) In this Section—\n“application form” includes application notice; and\n“the Hague Convention” means the Convention on the service abroad of judicial and extra-judicial documents in civil or commercial matters signed at the Hague on November 15, 1965.",
