# The Family Procedure (Adoption) Rules 2005, Article 76: Appointment of the same person as children’s guardian, reporting officer and children and family reporter


The same person may be appointed to act as one or more of the following—
(a) the children’s guardian;
(b) the reporting officer; and
(c) the children and family reporter.
