# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014, Rule 17: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 23.9—
(a) in the heading, omit “in magistrates’ courts”; and
(b) for “in a magistrates’ court” substitute “in the family court before a lay justice or lay justices”.
