# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014, Rule 22: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 30.3—
(a) in paragraph (5A), after “judge of the High Court or” insert “in the family court, a judge of the High Court or ”;and
(b) omit paragraph (9).
