Rule 23 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

for paragraph (3) substitute —

“(3)

Where the appeal is against —

(a)

a case management decision; or

(b)

an order under section 38(1) of the 1989 Act,

the appellant must file the appellant’s notice within 7 days beginning with the date of the decision of the lower court.”; and

omit paragraph (5)(e).
