  "text": "In rule 30.5—\n(a) in paragraph (4), for “A respondent’s notice” substitute “Subject to paragraph (4A), a respondent’s notice”; and\n(b) after paragraph (4) insert—\n“(4A) Where the appeal is against a case management decision, a respondent’s notice must be filed within—\n(a) such period as may be directed by the lower court; or\n(b) where the court makes no such direction, 7 days beginning with the date referred to in paragraph (5).”.",
