# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014, Rule 25: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 30.13, for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) Paragraph (1) does not allow an application for permission to appeal to be transferred to the Court of Appeal.”.
