# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014, Rule 28: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 33.1—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “a county court” substitute “the family court”; and
(b) in paragraph (2)—
(i) for “Part 50” substitute “Parts 50, 83 and 84”;
(ii) omit the words in brackets; and
(iii) for “a county court” substitute “the family court”.
