  "text": "After rule 11.2 insert—\n“Directions about service\n11.2A. (1) Where rules within this Part require the person who is the subject of proceedings to be served with any documents or informed of any action taken by the court, and that person is not the applicant and is—\n(a) a child;\n(b) a person, not being a party, who lacks or may lack capacity within the meaning of the 2005 Act; or\n(c) a protected party;\nthe court must give directions about the persons who are to be served or informed.\n(2) This rule applies to rules 11.3(3)(c), 11.4(1)(b), 11.6(3)(c) and 11.7(3).”.",
