Article 8 Amendment of rule 11.4
In rule 11.4 (service of applications on notice)—
(a)
in paragraph (3) after “applicant” insert “, acting in person,”;
(b)
omit paragraph (5); and
(c)
in paragraph (6) after “personal service” insert “on each party served”.
