Article 3 Amendment of rule 8.23

At the end of rule 8.23 (scope of this Chapter), following the words in parentheses, insert—

“(The Family Court (Composition and Distribution of Business) Rules 2014^f1 make provision in relation to the allocation of the proceedings to which this Chapter applies to a specified level of judge in the family court.)”.
