The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 79(2) of the Courts Act 2003f1, after consulting in accordance with section 79(1) of that Act, and by paragraphs 5 and 6 of Schedule 1 to the Domicile and Matrimonial Proceedings Act 1973f2:
