  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023.\n(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.\n(3) These Rules come into force as follows—\n(a) this rule and rules 2 and 4 come into force on 8th April 2024; and\n(b) rule 3 and rules 5 to 19 come into force on 29th April 2024.",
