# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023, Regulation 15: Amendment of rule 3A.1


In rule 3A.1 (interpretation)—
(a) omit the definition of “domestic abuse”; and
(b) in the definition of “victim” for “section 3(2)” substitute “section 3”.
