# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023, Regulation 16: Amendment of Part 9


In rule 9.15 (duties of the court at the first appointment) for the words in parentheses at the end of paragraph (5) substitute—
“(Rule 3.4 makes provision in relation to cases in which the court considers non-court dispute resolution is appropriate.)”.
