# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023, Regulation 17


In rule 9.20 (consideration of the application at the first hearing) for the words in parentheses at the end of paragraph (7) substitute—
“(Rule 3.4 makes provision in relation to cases in which the court considers non-court dispute resolution is appropriate.)”.
