# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023, Regulation 19: Amendment of rule 28.3(7)


In rule 28.3 (costs in financial remedy proceedings) in paragraph (7) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) any failure by a party, without good reason, to—
(i) attend a MIAM (as defined in rule 3.1); or
(ii) attend non-court dispute resolution;”.
