In rule 3.7 (making an application)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “or”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) for “applies; or” substitute “applies.”; and

(c)

omit sub-paragraph (c) and the words in parentheses following that sub-paragraph.
