The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 2003f1 and section 10 of the Children and Families Act 2014f2. The Committee has consulted in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
