Rule 31 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 14.1—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(c)(i)—

(i)

omit “a contact” and substitute “an”; and

(ii)

after “section 26” insert “or an order under section 51A(2)(a)”;

(b)

after paragraph (1)(c)(i) insert—

“(i)
(aa)
the making of an order under section 51A(2)(b) of the 2002 Act;”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(c)(ii) omit “a contact order under section 27 of the 2002 Act;” and insert—

“—

(aa)
an order under section 27 of the 2002 Act; or

(bb)
an order under section 51A(2) of the 2002 Act in accordance with section 51B(1)(c);”; and

(d)

in paragraph (2), for the definition of “provision for contact” substitute—

““provision for contact” has the meaning given to it in rule 13.1(2);”.
