Rule 35 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 14.8—

(a)

(1)(a), after “fix a” insert “timetable for the proceedings including a”; and

(b)

in the words in parentheses in rule 14.8(1)—

(i)

for “By rule 3.3” substitute “Under Part 3”; and

(ii)

for “alternative dispute resolution” substitute “non-court dispute resolution”.
