  "text": "In rule 2.3(1)—\n(a) after the definition of “the 2008 Act”, insert—\n““the 2014 Act” means the Children and Families Act 2014”\n(b) omit the definition of “alternative dispute resolution”;\n(c) after the definition of “matrimonial order” insert ““non-court dispute resolution” means methods of resolving a dispute, including mediation, other than through the normal court process;”;\n(d) after the definition of “child”, insert—\n““child arrangements order” has the meaning given to it by section 8(1) of the 1989 Act;”; and\n(e) omit the definition of “contact order”.",
