omit the definition of “authorised applicant”;

after the definition of “expert” insert the following words in parentheses—

“(Section 13(8) of the 2014 Act provides for what is not included in reference to providing expert evidence or putting expert evidence before the court in children proceedings)”;

omit the definition of “local authority”; and

for paragraph (2), substitute—

“(2)

The meaning of “children proceedings” in paragraph (1) is the prescribed meaning for the purposes of section 13(9) of the 2014 Act.”.
