# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014, Rule 49: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 25.7—
(a) in paragraph (1) after “in” insert “section 13(1), (3) or (5) of the 2014 Act or” and after “rule 25.4” insert “(2)”;
(b) in paragraph (2)(a) after “in” insert “section 13(1), (3) or (5) of the 2014 Act or” and after “rule 25.4” insert “(2)”; and
(c) in paragraph (3) omit “rule 25.4” and insert “section 13(1), (3) or (5) of the 2014 Act”.
