The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 2003f1 and sections 12 and 48 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982f2, after consulting in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
