Rule 16 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 20.7—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a)(ii)^f1, after “Lugano Convention,” insert “a State bound by the 2007 Hague Convention which is an EEA State,”;

(b)

after the words in parentheses at the end of the rule, insert—

“(“EEA State” is defined in Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978^f2).”.
