# The Family Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2014, Article 11: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 30.3(2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “.” substitute “; or”; and
(c) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(c) a refusal to grant habeas corpus for release in relation to a minor.”.
