  "text": "In rule 2.3—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) after the definition of “hearsay”, insert—\n““incoming protection measure” means a protection measure that has been ordered in a Member State of the European Union other than the United Kingdom or Denmark;”; and\n(ii) after the definition of “protected party”, insert—\n““protection measure” has the meaning given to it in the Protection Measures Regulation;\n“Protection Measures Regulation” means the Regulation (EU) No 606/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12th June 2013 on mutual recognition of protection measures in civil matters;”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (a)—\n(aa) in paragraph (i), after the semi-colon, insert “or”; and\n(bb) omit paragraph (ii); and\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (c), omit the words after “cause”.",
